The courtyard is enchanting with vibrant plants and colors, creating a good atmosphere.
The exterior of the building could benefit from some updates as it appears a bit worn down and tired.

We greatly enjoyed this stay. Overall it was a comfortable stay for one night. The location was good, within walking distance of Avenida Kukulkan. There were convenience stores and shops around the hotel. Good restaurant provided Mexican dishes.

The shower had excellent pressure and was very nice after a long day.
I encountered a few issues that left me feeling uneasy. First, the exterior of the building appeared worn down and could use some updates to improve its overall appeal. I was disappointed by the lack of amenities like a kettle for hot drinks, which I consider a basic necessity in hotels. Finally, while my room was comfortable, I noted an unpleasant odor when I first entered, although the staff promptly helped me switch rooms.

the queen room we stayed in was bright with comfortable beds. the hotel was set in a central area adjacent to the night life instead of the beach part of town. it also was on patio area.

Stayed here for 3 nights and didn't want to leave. The hotel was a fabulous base for enjoying a nice quiet area, short walk to the ADO bus terminal, eateries and also all the tourist agents, the bars and restaurants and the main avenue. I appreciated large rooms with good airconditioning, a comfortable bed. All of the staff were courteous, amazingly nice. The location was particularly good - just 5 minutes' walk from Cenotes Casa Tortuga Tulum. The restaurant was not too far away from the property...

We enjoyed beautiful snorkeling just minutes from the hotel. The vibrant courtyard with lush plants was perfect for hanging out together as a family. Our one child under 8 was especially fond of the lovely outdoor space and made some friends there too.
My wife says that the kitchen option could be improved for families.

Well- they told me everything is new, apparently it is--- cause nothing was as predicted. So the new part is probably the best, and the fact that its close to the busstation so oyu can easaly escape.
- Nothing as predicted: no garden, no tv no ac, no english stuff, - very empty, you feel alone. - it has a weird smell of canalisation, allthough it looks clean. - its very hard to find - they gave me a little discount though, since it was all not as mentioned... still, for what it is: go to a hostel, you get the same thing for a lot less!
